Prices

All prices are presented in Euro (EUR).

Payment

Credit card. Cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club. We use 3D-secure. It is the safest system for payment with credit card on the Internet. More info at www.dibs.dk.

Freight

Freight is always included in the price.

Delivery

All orders are sent within one (1) day. Normally, products arrive to buyer (you) within 5 days.

Malfunctioning products

Malfunctioning products are replaced without any cost. The malfunctioning product must be sent back to us for evaluation to establish that the product is in fact malfunctioning.

Returns

Returns of unused and sealed packages are accepted. The buyer (you) will be charged €15 for shipping and handling.
